I love hooded superheroes, but this guy really creeped me out from the get-go. It was definitely the ropes around the arms, legs and neck. Gahhh!

Not a huge fan of Watchmen so I decided to choose the one character I'd want on my side during a bar fight. Of course I chose Rorschach, because who wants to fight next to a naked guy or a dude dressed like an owl?
Drew this with a Pentel brush pen and Copic multiliner. I really like them both.

Big Barda was introduced along with Dark Seid etc in the New Gods. She did not have this uniform on necessarily but she was there none the less, and I dig this uniform designed by Bruce Timm!
